Hello, I’m Millicent Cowgill.

With just over a year in the field of Massage Therapy, I focus on deep tissue techniques that assist my clients in relief from chronic pain and muscular tension. I also find tremendous progress in patients when practicing Thai Massage, as a deeper form of bodywork that assists clients in building bone density, as well as gaining functional mobility.

I completed my training and coursework under the supervision of Dr. Wrendy Marcinik at Real Life Chiropractic center where I gained a strong understanding of Anatomy, Physiology along with a plethora of other massage and energy healing modalities. My extensive training has equipped me with the skills necessary to address specific ailments in order to remedy discomfort in my clients through functional stretching and intentional pressure application.

Without a doubt, there is great power in physical human touch and through that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Each therapeutic session is tailored to meet the needs of each client uniquely. Some are recovering from sports injuries, others are rehabilitating from various operations and most simply come to me for muscle relief and mobility assistance. Conclusively, I aim to be of use to each client in achieving a sense of overall wellbeing.

When I’m not in the treatment room you can find me participating in any one of my vast list of hobbies, to include: gardening, throwing pottery, hiking, doing yoga, strength training, mountain biking, attending sound baths and playing volleyball. I look forward to being of service to you on your journey to health and wellness.
