My name is Sandra Partridge, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing for almost 15 years. I specialize in the unique combination of clinical and therapeutic massage which not only addresses chronic pain, but promotes relaxation by calming the sympathetic (flight or fight) nervous system, and activates the parasympathetic (rest and relax) nervous system. Customized treatments may include deep tissue massage, manual lymph drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and light stretching. In addition, I am also a certified as a Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Consultant, which makes me qualified to educate my clients about proper exercise, stretching techniques, and nutritional guidance to help enhance total health and wellness.

My office is situated in a peaceful, private setting at the bottom level of a physical therapy facility (NovaCare), where patients are directed to me either post-treatment, or as an addition to physical therapy to help manage pain and accelerate the healing process of soft tissue injuries. The treatment room accommodates only one table, so there is no direct interaction with other clients. The entire office is disinfected between each session, so you can be assured that I am compliant with the strict protocols recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of germs. I limit my appointments to no more than 3 clients a day, leaving an hour between sessions, so my clients are never rushed. I take the time to listen to your needs to ensure that the treatment you receive is thorough, effective, and exactly what you are looking for. Also, there is plenty of parking with handicapped spaces available, and the building is handicapped-accessible as well. To further accommodate those who have physical limitations, my treatment table is hydraulic, making it easier to get on and off safely.

Legitimate massage therapists are required to maintain a certain amount of continuing education hours per year in order to keep a valid license throughout their careers. Massage therapy is gaining more credibility as an allied modality in the healthcare industry, as research is proving that massage is a highly effective tool that aids in the process of healing. My clients and I believe that massage is not considered a luxury, it's a necessity!
