My journey into massage therapy was inspired by watching my grandmother find relief and comfort through bodywork. Seeing the difference it made in her life planted a seed in me at a young age.

Today, I bring that into every session. As a wife and mom, I understand how easy it is to put your own needs last, and how powerful it can be to finally make space for self care. My Christian faith is central to who I am and influences the way I serve—with presence, compassion, and intention.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or enjoying the quiet beauty of nature— where I’m reminded of the importance of rest, renewal, and balance. My goal is to create that same sense of peace and restoration for every client I work with.
