I specialize in pain relief and maintenance for all levels of athletes, artists, and everyday people with chronic conditions and dysfunction. I’m not your typical "garden variety" massage therapist. I will not falter over your pain. Pain is real. So instead, I’ve decided to put the spotlight on the pain itself, focusing on SPECIFIC bodywork in SPECIFIC areas, tailored to your SPECIFIC problems, maintenance, injury prevention and recovery needs. I share my space with a skilled Chiropractor who also specializes in pain management and exercise science for an added bonus. Because sometimes pain management takes a team.

Through the proper massage treatment plan, your pain can be better managed and controlled in a customized session. Equipped with 18 years of massage experience, multiple tools in my arsenal, and continuing education, my knowledge and know how will only gain you relief. I utilize every physical tool that I know will help, at no additional cost to you so that you may receive better results without the extra worry to your wallet. I prefer a mix of deep tissue, therapeutic, and sports, accompanied with various massage tools for exceptional benefits. No session is ever the exact same with me because it is based solely on how you are feeling the date of your appointment and what you have been experiencing in the days, weeks, or years prior.
