Free Consultation: Our first step is a complimentary 20-minute consultation to ensure our services align with your needs.
1st Session (90 minutes): During this session, we discuss your goals and perform tests to determine the most effective way for you to accept suggestions. Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
Hypnotic State: You'll enter a hypnotic state for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Individualized Approach: Every person and their specific concerns are unique, leading to variations in the number of sessions required.
Initial Recommendation: We typically suggest at least three sessions to begin your journey towards desired outcomes.
