We believe massage is therapeutic and heals the body; we will work out a knot or sore muscle and we’re here to find the root cause. Often times soreness or pain doesn’t originate from where the pain is located, so we stress finding that cause and working backwards. Because your body is a vehicle, we give advice on how to keep it running smoothly to maintain optimal performance between scheduled maintenance. We take the time to get to know you and your body and thrive on finding a unique and individualized solution to make it feel better, rather than a one size fits all approach. We make sure at each appointment we see how you feel from your last, and any changes or ailments we will work together with your feedback to getting you (your vehicle) running like new. This can include active assisted stretching, muscle stripping, deep tissue as well as Swedish techniques.
