My path as a practitioner is a by-product of healing my own chronic pain, and a desire that others may also heal. I was certified as a spiritual healer by Gloria Bennish in 1996 and I've attended natural healing and energy healing workshops of many kinds for 30 years. I honor all paths.

I am former faculty of the Brenneke School of Massage, and Massage Practitioner since 2004. In 2011 I began my Craniosacral Therapy studies with Ursula Popp here in Seattle and since then have focused primarily on Craniosacral Therapy for the treatment of chronic pain, trauma, stress, concussions, TMJD, headaches and more.

I love Seattle because of the climate of healing; so many people practicing and sharing healing ways.
