Shannon is a Native born Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in NC, specializing in injury and pain management. She completed the Holistic Massage Therapist program in 2022 from The Healing Arts and Massage School in Raleigh. A dream she has wanted since she was a little girl. During her studies her academic performance, attendance and participation, and practical performance demonstrated a high degree of commitment to service. Currently she serves as an active member and certified with the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
Shannon enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients. As a massage and bodywork therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs, including: Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, trigger point, light stretching, Pre Natal, Reiki, Thai Massage techniques, and has continued her education with courses in Gua Sha. Shannon provides sports massage to ACC and NCAA Athletes, along with National Champions, Professional Athletes, Olympians and Gold Medlaists.
When Shannon isn't at work, she loves spending time with her husband, two dogs, and two crested geckos! She enjoys the outdoors, camping and hiking, a good hammock that brings happy memories of laughter and fun! She is currently working on her Sound Therapy Certification.
