Aida is a bilingual English-Spanish Massage Therapist since 1998.

Her practice excels in successfully treating cases of pain, injury, tension, and stress in the body's soft tissues through the application of various body work styles and techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, applied kinesiology, deep tissue, and sports massage.

A graduate of the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA, Aida completed the 1000 hour massage therapists program and she is also a Reiki master and a certified Acu-Yoga instructor. Aida also received private training from the Japanese Zen priest and Zen shiatsu grandmaster, Reuho Yamada.
