I began my own healing journey in March of 2017 when I enrolled at Southern California University of Health Sciences in the Ayurveda program. I became an Ayurvedic Practitioner in April 2019 and a Massage Therapist in February 2020. My Reiki training began in 2019, and I continue my education in all three of these modalities.

I founded Sol Healing Therapy in 2020 to provide accessible and alternative healing to my community. I pride myself on making clients feel safe and comfortable when receiving a treatment from me. I believe healing is a process which is different for everyone, it's a puzzle with many components. I hope to be able to provide a few pieces if not all the pieces to help you navigate on your own journey of healing. I look forward to educating and sharing my own experiences with you.
