Clark Massage works independently and also directly with the Chiropractic disciplines. The two most common are Swedish and Deep Tissue. Nearly every full-body massage incorporates the long flowing strokes and kneading motions of Swedish massage. This promotes relaxation, improves circulation and range of motion, and is great for relieving muscle tension.

Deep Tissue addresses deeper layers of muscle, and is often incorporated after your muscles have been warmed up with Swedish massage.

Massage Therapy along with Chiropractic Sessions will help to reduce your aches and improve overall mobility. Combining these two different therapies will treat sore muscles and also speed up your recovery time.

Again, we work independently from Chiropractic Sessions. as these sessions are not required to have Clark Massage work on you.
