Keturah is an Atlanta native that has been apart of the Health and wellness community since 2002. She is a mother of two and strives for balance in her busy life through self-care. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified professional Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor.

Keturah's holistic foundation is based around proper spinal alignment, spinal health as well as working on stress relief and mental health. While there are new trends popping up everyday in the health and fitness industry, she likes to keep it old school with meditation, enjoying nature, and mind/ body connections through yoga.
