As a massage therapist with over 15 years of experience, I am excited to help you relax and address any specific concerns or areas of tension you may have.

Here's what you can expect during your first massage:

Consultation: Before we begin the massage, we will have a brief consultation to discuss any health concerns or areas of tension you may have. This will help me tailor the massage to your specific needs and ensure your safety and comfort throughout the session.

Preparation: I will give you privacy to undress to your comfort level and lie down on the massage table, under a sheet and blanket. You will always be properly draped to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Techniques: I use a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, to help release tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. During the massage, I will check in with you periodically to ensure that the pressure and technique is comfortable for you.

Communication: Communication is key during your massage session. Please let me know if you feel any discomfort, need more or less pressure, or have any questions or concerns.

Aftercare: After the massage, I will give you time to slowly get up and dress. I may recommend stretches or other self-care techniques to help you continue to feel the benefits of the massage after you leave.

Remember, massage is a safe and effective way to reduce stress, relieve pain, and promote overall well-being. I am here to help you feel your best, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have.
