Namaste, and welcome to Thai Massage Albuquerque!

Thai Massage Albuquerque is the sister business of Healthwork Yoga & Massage Therapy, serving Albuquerque since 1998.

Our approach to Thai Massage is rooted in a long tradition of yoga, bodywork, and holistic wellness. We invite you to slow down, breathe, and experience a form of bodywork that is both deeply relaxing and wonderfully freeing.

Our Mission

You have the right to feel great.

We believe that caring for ourselves helps us move through the world with greater ease, energy, and presence—and gives us more to share with others—Our promise is simple: to give you a place where you can let go, breathe deeply, and simply receive.

Through the healing art of Thai Massage, our mission is to help you reconnect with that wonderful feeling of ease in your own body—and the freedom of moving without effort, and the quiet sense of wellbeing that follows you long after your session is over.

What Is Thai Massage?

Thai Massage is a traditional form of bodywork that combines rhythmic compression, gentle stretching, assisted yoga postures, and mindful movement.

Sometimes described as “passive yoga,” Thai Massage allows you to experience many of the benefits of stretching and movement while your practitioner does the work for you.

Rather than simply lying still while individual muscles are worked, your body is gently moved, stretched, compressed, and supported through a flowing sequence. Many people leave a Thai Massage session feeling more open and spacious in their bodies, deeply relaxed, and refreshed.

For those familiar with yoga, the experience can feel a little like the peaceful aftermath of a wonderful yoga practice—except you get to relax and receive.

Experience Thai Massage

There are times when we want to practice, move, and do—and there are times when we simply need to receive.

Thai Massage offers an opportunity to do exactly that.

Treat yourself to a Thai Massage and experience greater freedom, relaxation, and wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.

Namaste,
Tone Jackson
