I've been practicing massage for 10 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.
I work on the mind as well as the body using my hands and heart to relax you and put you in a stress free place where life becomes a lot more manageable.

Specialties include Swedish massage for relaxation if zen is what you crave and deep muscle trigger point work to isolate an issue and help resolve it. Most of my clients experience pain in their necks and backs. Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting.
