Just as the tag line reads “Helping you facilitate healing through touch” that is exactly my purpose. My focus is on the health and well-being of the person who comes to receive bodywork on my table and their quality of life. A neuromuscular therapist helps to reduce or completely eliminate pain or discomfort due to overuse or injury, regain better levels of flexibility and strength, better posture and improved blood circulation and more. This is a specialized form of therapy in which digital pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in a muscle which are called tender or trigger points. These trigger points don’t allow blood, oxygen or nutrients to flow through and causes inability for the muscle to relax and that can cause pain, fatigue, and weakness in the muscle.

This form of massage therapy is beneficial for so many reasons.

muscle tension, increased joint mobility, helps reduce pain, promotes relaxation to help you sleep better and much more.

In June of 2018, I graduated from National Holistic Institute School of Massage Therapy as an Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator.

When you come to see me, my goal is to help you feel BETTER than when you walked in and to help you achieve your goals for a BETTER quality of life. My heart goes into each session and is, therefore, customized to your needs.
