Alice Perryman is a Board-Certified Music Therapist (CBMT #04062) and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 30 years of experience working with a wide range of populations, including individuals with developmental differences, veterans, and those navigating chronic pain, stress, and life transitions.

Her work is rooted in the belief that the body and nervous system hold patterns shaped by both physical strain and emotional experience. Through a combination of therapeutic massage techniques—including myofascial release, deep tissue, and nervous system–focused work—Alice helps clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and reconnect with a sense of ease in their bodies.

Alice’s background in music therapy adds a unique layer to her approach. She understands how rhythm, breath, and the nervous system interact, and brings that awareness into every session to support deeper relaxation, regulation, and healing.

Her sessions are highly individualized and designed for clients who are looking for more than a standard relaxation massage—those who want to address underlying issues, make meaningful progress, and better understand what their body is holding.

Alice founded Therapy by Alice LLC to bring together her experience in massage, music therapy, and integrative care into one cohesive practice focused on whole-person wellness.
