Listen, it's a crazy world we all share right now. People are working increasingly longer hours and increasingly demanding jobs. That's in addition to them maintaining their family and friend relationships, their home (sometimes 2), and still try to sit down at a reasonable enough time to watch an episode of White Lotus or something before they pass out for the day. I get it!

I believe many things are achieved through a commitment to routine massage work. It has been proven to help reduce hypertension, improve circulation, aids in Lymphatic drainage, reduces stress and the affects stress has on the human body and overall, yeah, it freakin feels good. Right? and who doesn't love an hour or two where every bit of attention, energy and focus on on them? Massage also aids the body in the healing process so whether you have suffered an injury of sorts or just pushed yourself too hard at the gym, OrangeTheory or your Crossfit gym, you should book some time on my table and see if we can't help get you fixed up and back to working out.

I have been working as a Body Worker for 16 years now and have learned my way around the body pretty well. Do I know everything? Nope. Believe me there is still sooo much more I want to learn and bring into my practice. AND guess what? I'm also not perfect. I made mistakes and I learn from them and will make things right when I goof. BUT here's my counter to that. I work with purpose; strive to help you feel great and address everything you want addressed. AND I work with intention. These two things are why you can read so many 5 star reviews about the work I do and my personality in general. I love people. I love to help people feel better, live better and function better. There are many amazing massage therapists out there and I know I am not for everyone, but I encourage you to try me. Maybe I am the right therapist for you.

I want to take a few minutes and address my adopted protocols for cleaning and sanitizing during this COVID nightmare:

I now allow 30 minutes between client appointments to allow me time to take all appropriate measures with regards to transitioning the treatment and waiting rooms. I'm using a hospital grade sanitizer on all surfaces between clients, I am storing dirty linens in a closed or lidded container and I'm using UV technology to further my efforts to maintain a clean, sterile and safe environment for both you and me. I must ask that you wait in your vehicle upon arrival and text me that you've arrived. I will respond to let you know it is ok to enter. I ask that you wear a mask when entering the suite to protect us both. I have set up a hand wash station just inside my entry and would ask you to take 2 minutes and give 'em a good wash after which we will be good to go.
