I received my accredited diploma from The International Coaching Federation in 2023. Having attended The Somatic school in 2022, I have been practicing Body-Oriented Coaching or helping people connect the lived experience of the body with what is going on in the mind for 3 years.

I help clients feel into experiences of the past to foster a re-set of patterns that may have developed long ago. Through a positive perspective that all people have the answer within themselves, I help unwind patterns of flight, freeze, fight or fawning. Finding origins of trauma, I help people re-set patterns of stress, depression, and anxiety by feeling into the body's wisdom.

I am also certified to do Somatic Mindfulness Bodywork which can help with overall wellness and trauma resolution. Fully clothes hands-on careful attention to muscles and joints harnesses the body's innate wisdom to heal itself. SMB sessions induce a deep state of relaxation, allowing the nervous system to down-regulate and the body to enter a restorative healing state. SMB can lead to profound shifts in neuromuscular patterning, pain reduction, improved self-care and body-mechanics in daily life.
