For over 20 years, I've been an wellness advocate and professional in the fields of education, fitness and sport. This time has been spent continually learning and teaching those around me as a massage therapist, massage school owner and instructor, personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist and athletic coach.

I have always felt called to help those around me discover their potential - be it physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, or environmental. I primarily spend my days now using the potential of human touch to assist all who desire to enhance their body, mind and soul.
