Introduction
Since opening Brisk Therapy in May 2019, so much has evolved — within both my practice and myself. Over the past six years, my approach to massage and bodywork has transformed. I once viewed the world in black and white, but 3.5 years ago I embraced the gray, and with that shift came profound personal and professional growth.

Today, intuition is at the heart of my work. With an intuitive, holistic approach, I consider the whole body during each session — honoring not just the physical, but also the emotional and energetic layers. Together, we create space to explore the deeper root causes that may lie beneath pain, tension, or dis-ease. Our bodies keep score, and I am here to help you listen.

In June 2025, I took an exciting new step by expanding Brisk Therapy to include both a bodywork studio and a dedicated breathwork space. This new chapter allows me to offer even more support on your healing journey.

My approach blends Western and Eastern techniques with Energy Medicine, creating space to explore the root causes beneath pain, tension, or dis-ease. I see the body as a messenger, holding the stories and patterns of our experiences — and I am here to help you listen, release, and reconnect.
