Everyone can benefit from the therapeutic benefits that a quality massage can provide. Whether you are looking for a relaxing Swedish massage to unwind from the stresses of everyday life, a deeper therapeutic massage to release tension in overworked muscles, or something customized in between to help relieve discomfort associated with various medical conditions, I am here to help.

Massage therapy relaxes and restores the body by easing muscle tension, soothing aches and pains, improving circulation, and calming the nervous system. It rejuvenates both body and mind, helping us better manage the demands of daily life. Massage is an important form of self-care that can become part of your wellness routine—whether weekly, monthly, or whenever your body and mind need it most.

Before relocating to beautiful Key West, I owned and operated a successful massage therapy practice in the White Mountains of New Hampshire for five years. Eventually, the sunshine, ocean, and island lifestyle were calling my name, and I chose to follow my heart to my happy place here in the Keys.

Prior to opening my practice, I attended the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts (NHITA), where I received extensive training in a variety of massage modalities and therapeutic techniques. My education, combined with years of professional experience and continuing education, allows me to customize each session to meet the individual needs of every client.

As a licensed massage therapist, my goal is to provide a personalized experience tailored to your body, your concerns, and your wellness goals. Massage therapy offers numerous physical and emotional benefits, including:

• Reduced muscle tension
• Improved circulation
• Decreased stress hormones
• Increased relaxation
• Improved flexibility and joint mobility
• Enhanced recovery from soft tissue injuries
• Reduced anxiety and depression
• Relief from chronic pain

Every session is thoughtfully customized based on your goals and how your body responds during treatment. My hope is that you leave each appointment feeling relaxed, renewed, balanced, and better overall. As the owner and operator of my practice, I promise to give every session my full attention to detail while addressing your individual concerns with care and professionalism.
