Every session with me begins with a Sage Cleansing, also known as smudging. This traditional ancestral ritual involves the burning of Sage or Palo Santo. Sage, derived from the Latin word "salvere," which means "to heal," has been used for centuries for its cleansing properties. It is believed to rid people of negativity while promoting healing, wisdom, and longevity. This ritual sets the stage for a transformative and revitalizing experience.

The technique I employ is tailored to promote relaxation, enhance blood circulation, improve mobility, relieve stress, alleviate pain, and offer so much more. Through a combination of stretching, muscle manipulation, and palpation of tight muscles, my work has been described by some clients as akin to a "yoga massage."
