We are a well-established healing arts studio offering high-quality bodywork and yoga services to local and visiting clients. We've been serving clients in this area for 20 years and have 5-Star reviews across many review sites!

We help people deeply relax, get out of pain, increase athletic performance, and let go of stress, through expert, results-oriented therapeutic massage, personalized yoga therapy, energy work, deep nature experiences, and breakthrough health coaching.

It is our intention to offer superb quality care for every client, no matter what your body type, age, gender, race, or beliefs are. A core philosophy that we adhere to is that our bodies are a Miracle and that we are always capable of healing given the right inputs internally (beliefs, thoughts, feelings) and externally (massage, movement, body posture, self-care routines).

We hope to meet each client where they are at without judgement while supporting them with our full presence, love, and healing touch.

We have helped clients with a variety of issues and they have experienced the following benefits:

• relief from low back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, and other tendonitises

• increased range of motion and flexibility

• faster postsurgical or injury recovery time

• improved athletic performance

• better night's sleep

• more energy throughout the day

• less headaches and neck/shoulder tension

• greater blood and lymph circulation

• improved posture and biomechanics

• help with anxiety and depression
