Cyndi and Sabrina have been providing bodywork to the Los Angeles Community for more than two decades. As the owners and teachers of LA's premiere massage school, IPSB - School of Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork we are committed to supporting the health and wellness of our clients and students.

The IPSB style of bodywork approaches the body from an integrated body/mind perspective, we believe that the body is the physical expression of the soul and approach bodywork with the understanding that one cannot truly release trauma by inflicting more trauma. This means our bodywork, while effective does not leave you sore. We approach it as a conversation, encouraging you tissue to move more freely.

Our sessions are customized based on what you come in needing that day, they are a blend of the many years of education and techniques and we will take a moment to determine what your goals for the session are and what the priorities for our focus will be, this is why we generally book only based on time rather than modality offered.

Cyndi - I have been practicing since 1995, I specialize in deep tissue, injury, surgery recovery, scar tissue mediation and trauma processing (she often partners with psychotherapists to provide safe, therapeutic touch for their clients to help move through long standing challenges). I love to work with challenges in the body to help you find more ease in movement, whether you're a competitive athlete working through and injury or someone dealing with long hours at work.

Sabrina - I have been practicing since 2003, i specialize in pre and post natal care - as a doula/birth worker I love supporting people moving through what can be the most challenging and dynamic times in their lives. Cyndi had brain cancer in 2014 and as her caregiver I found a passion for supporting people who have major or chronic illness and the people who care for them, in particular, cancer and lyme disease, I offer scar mitigation, deep tissue and relaxation sessions, and lymphatic drainage for these conditions, but also for anyone who is looking for support.
