Modalities; trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports stretching, assisted stretching, neuromuscular release techniques, K-taping, Stress reduction, prenatal massage, reflexology and energy work such as Reiki.

Started my career in 2012 working as a massage therapist where I quickly gained a loyal and trusting clientele.

The clients wellness and rehabilitation are my goals. Each client is unique and no two massage sessions are the same. During each session the clients discomfort, limitations and physiology are discussed. The therapeutic goals of the client are discussed and a “game plan” is created. A combination of modalities may be used during a session that may include; trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular release, assisted stretching and reflexology. All modalities used are centered around the clients desired outcome for the first and continued sessions.
