Myofascial Therapy LLC was started in Lodi in 1993 by a wonderful massage therapist, and continued on under the direction of me, Stephanie Manley in 2010. My goal has always been to use my knowledge of a variety of massage modalities to create a custom bodywork experience for my clients.

I have lived in the Lodi, WI area for the past 25 years. In 2006 I graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Madison, WI. I specialize in therapeutic and relaxing massage techniques - including myofascial release (Including 60 hours of John Barnes Myofascial Release Technique), trigger point therapy, scar tissue reduction, and deep tissue. I am also certified in Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Stretch Based Deep Tissue, Muscle Wispering, Hot Stone Massage, and Fertility Massage for mothers trying to conceive as well as Reiki Master level. In addition to being state licensed I am also certified by the National Certification Board of Massage and Bodywork, I am always researching and taking classes; expanding my knowledge to help reduce pain and help the body's natural healing process.
