A little more about me!

After over a decade of working in government and non-profit social services positions, I decided to return to school to pursue a career in massage therapy.

My passion for massage was sparked when I started receiving regular therapy for injuries I sustained in a car accident. I suffered with neck pain, tension headaches and migraines for years. The medication left me foggy and just dulled the pain and didn't reduce the frequency of the pain attacks.

But massage provided relief without the brain fog! I was experiencing more pain free time and less severe headaches.
