Bridget Moon graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in February 2020, marking the beginning of her career in massage therapy. She also holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Certified Medical Assistant from Kaplan University, which she earned in May 2011. Her extensive background in healthcare spans several years, during which she worked as a home health aide and certified nursing assistant. This deep commitment to the healthcare field influenced her decision to shift to massage therapy, a profession that allows for more personal interaction and a focus on holistic wellness.

The move to massage therapy was prompted by Bridget's desire to continue helping others while seeking a more fulfilling career pathway amid a growing family. Her experiences with chronic migraines and a shoulder injury, along with ongoing struggles with depression, led her to explore non-pharmaceutical solutions for her health.
