Sudecia Brown is a licensed massage therapist devoted to helping clients restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with their sense of peace. Her approach is grounded in empathy and intention—creating space for both body and spirit to relax, reset, and renew.

Her path to massage therapy began through her own healing journey—learning to slow down, listen inwardly, and honor the body’s need for rest and restoration. After more than two decades as an educator and leader, Sudecia felt called to extend her care in a new way—through the art of therapeutic touch that brings calm where there’s stress and ease where there’s strain.

A graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, she is trained in Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, hydrotherapy, hot stone, prenatal, and energy balancing techniques. Known for her intuitive touch and calming presence, Sudecia tailors each session to meet the unique needs of every client—creating deeply restorative experiences that promote both physical relief and emotional renewal.
