Over a dozen years of education and experience, I have studied the importance of mindful attention to everything we do. I've learned the power of focused mindful touch in helping clients become aware of their body in powerfully beneficial ways. Every session is customized based on a thorough intake and discussion. Your goals are my priority. My bodywork is heavily hybridized. I've studied Craniosacral, Dermo Neuro Modulation, Orthopedic Massage, Shiatsu, Swedish, Thai, and Trigger Point to name a few. Combining all of that with meditative breathing exercises and other deep tissue, myofascial, and neuromuscular techniques creates personalized bodywork for each and every client.
