I like to take the time to understand what's going on, what exactly they're experiencing. and then to explain what I think we can do to alleviate the issues, both during our session and going forward. My background is in medical and therapeutic massage. I specialize in Swedish, Russian Medical- V Method, Lymphatic drainage, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger point.
