I've found massage to be such an important part of helping people to have more healthy and active lifestyle with less pain, stress and discomfort.

As a LMBT, I pride myself on being able to communicate well with my clients. I like to take the time to understand what's going on, what exactly they're experiencing. and then to explain what I think we can do to alleviate the issues, both during our session and going forward. Every BODY is different. so every session needs to be built for you.

My background is in medical and therapeutic massage. I specialize in Swedish, Russian Medical- V Method, Lymphatic drainage, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger point.
