I am a mother, a quilter, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. Each one, a vital part of who I am, and a huge key in how I approach life and my work.

My education of massage and the body is the foundation. Paving the way to help others improve their quality of life.

My maternal instincts give me patience, a comforting but firm touch, and empathy.

Lastly, I imagine our muscles much like the individual pieces in a quilt. Each one important and special, and together they function and create something much more beautiful.

I firmly believe there's always room for growth. I've made it my passion to strive to improve my skills daily and deepen my knowledge to better understand the body and how it works.

I currently enjoy helping clients find relief through trigger point and connective tissue work. I've helped a lot of clients with shoulder and neck pain, TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction) and sciatica.
