With my utilization of multiple modalities (listed in detail below), I'm able to give you an experience detailed to your circumstances and body's needs.

I have been vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus. If you have as well, I do not require the use of masks.

I have also been vaccinated against Monkey Pox. If you have not and are exhibiting symptoms, please do not book a massage until you are no longer contagious and feeling better.

There is a staircase up to my room, therefore if you are wheelchair bound or otherwise unable to go up the stairs to my home-office, I do offer out-call massage so I can come directly to you.

Description of each modality I offer:

Swedish Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish Massage uses firm but gentile pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage (DTM)

Designed to remove severe tension, DTM is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface level. It helps to improve range of motion and encourages healing by allowing greater blood flow into the area. In order to provide focused DTM, this massage is not typically full body but is more specific to the area with discomfort or pain.

Joint Range of Motion (JROM)

This is usually incorporated with DTM or Swedish massage. JROM is designed to bring healing to the body's musculature and joints with the added benefit of active and passive muscle stretching.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

This is usually incorporated with DTM. NMT uses a variety of trigger point techniques to provide a deep and lasting relaxation of your muscular problems.
