I was introduced to the effectiveness of massage therapy when I suffered a back injury in 2015 that recurred through 2018. Once I experienced relief from consistent bodywork, I wanted to help others heal and get back to functional movement patterns. It's important to me that my clients feel empowered to learn more about the "why" behind their pain and ways in which they can treat themselves at home or in the gym. I know firsthand how much an injury can affect how a person lives his or her day-to-day life, and I have a big heart for helping people get back to doing the things they love. I love my clients and feel truly blessed to be doing this kind of healing work.
