Having been an active part of setting up The Balance Holistic & Clinical massage therapy including designing the marketing and branding as well as co-creator of the models & systems we now use that set us apart in the massage therapy industry, I decided to also become licensed in massage therapy. I am a 12 year certified life coach, an EFT practitioner, certified as an herbal extract specialist and Reiki Master and Massage therapy seemed like a natural fit to help people manage stress and the physical manifestation of stress in the body.

I attended Everest Institute and maintained a 4.0 and on the Deans list for the entire program learning many massage modalities . It was through this learning that I realized how much benefit my current background in coaching combined with massage is a winning combination for people who are dealing with chronic pain issues and the need for reducing and managing stress.

Prior to turning to the Holistic profession I was an over-worked corporate professional and because of this can empathize with people who are stressed due to career demands / family demands and for those who need to create more balance in their life.

I look forward to serving those who are seeking ways to reduce pain, decompress and learn stress management tools to decrease and potentially eliminate some of the stress in their life.
