I'm you're practitioner, Kate, and I've been providing kick-ass body work to people like you bodywork for the better part of a decade.

I entered into massage therapy to provide access to healing that couldn't be reached from the mind alone. Prior to body work, my professional life focused on helping people move through the remnants of childhood abuse and other traumas, as well as working with general anxiety, relationship concerns, and overwhelm. I integrate life principles into my body work for the best results.

Regular engagement in continuing education allows me to offer well-informed care to my clients.

Through therapeutic touch and a thoughtful, caring presence I tailor my ever-growing skill set to fit the needs of each session.
