At a young age I fell in love with achieving my best as performance athlete. Movement was my thing and softball was my game. Later in high school I discovered the art of wrestling and after participating in the state tournament I was hooked, hungry for more. I played softball through junior college while applying to university. Softball was fun, but wrestling was challenging and tested my limits.

Once accepted to Pacific University, I dove back into wrestling, walking on to the women's team with more fire than before. My desire to perform at a high level inspired me to learn as much as I could about the human body and adaptation. I studied hard and trained hard, learning as much as I could about anatomy, physiology and human potential. How to eat, how to train, and how to recover. My passion for understanding human potential grew, as I watched my own body adapt. During this tremendous transformation I gained muscles I'd never seen before, empowered strength and self-confidence. It was empowering to know that I was the director of this transformation and could set my focus to whatever my heart wanted to achieve.

In 2015 (junior year) I set my eyes and achieved All-American Honors at the Women's Collegiate Wrestling Association - National Tournament. It was a career highlight, an honor, and a reminder of what is possible with the right mindset & plan of action.

Senior year, I was privileged to gain hands-on experience assisting in the school's athletic training room, working as a physical therapy aide at Therapeutic Associates, taking advanced courses in anatomy, studying cadavers, and completing my senior research capstone, in which I was mentored by one of Pacific's most reputable professors (the Chair of the Exercise Science department and lead of the biomechanics curriculum at the time).

In 2016, I graduated with my B.S. in Exercise Science - Integrative Physiology, Spanish minor and went on to coaching both the women's wrestling team at Pacific U, & Neil Armstrong Middle School wrestling team. I also worked 1-on-1 with personal training clients & vairous classes at my local UFC Gym from youth BJJ, boxing, kickboxing, and strength bootcamps. For several years, I juggled multiple coaching jobs instructing others on proper body mechanics, designing programs and working as a substitute teacher leading middle school classrooms. During this time, I was also blessed to gain more hands-on experience volunteering as one of select few TA's in the Pacific University undergraduate cadaver lab. The cadaver lab is held on Pacific's graduate campus which has one of the most sought after Physical Therapy programs in the state of Oregon, with long time establishment and reputation. The program is know for its highly reputable professors and in-depth education in DPT.

In 2018, I continued my education at East West College of the Healing Arts for my license in massage therapy. During that time I also gained more hands-on experience working as a stretch therapist, getting certified and practicing PNF (active) stretching. In 2019, I graduated from East-West, immediately earned my license and started my first fitness and massage business.

Currently, maintaining my massage license with certifications in Thai massage, Ashiatsu, and sports massage. I have experience strength coaching since 2016, holding a number of movement credentials including certification as an Exercise Physiologist through ACSM, Human Foundations Specialist through Functional Patterns, and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science with my background in physiology & biomechanics.

Today I am happily helping my clients to move easier, feel stronger, and more comfortable in their bodies. My goal is to inspire greater self love through training and bodywork so my clients can feel empowered to live the life of their dreams!
