Formerly, Integrative Massage & Fitness, is now UNBOUND movement & massage with Bailey. Through many years of study & practice as a strength coach, exercise physiologist, and licensed massage therapist, I have discovered many ways of the body. How to move it optimally, how to adapt it efficiently, and how to heal it through various modalities. As a solo-preneur at UNBOUND, I have created two staff profiles to support these various modalities in two different settings/locations.

Staff Profile - Bailey Martinez is my primary booking location at the Project 360 gym. Book this profile for greater hours of availability and fitness related services. Open setting bodywork is performed for my clients who are typically seeking recovery bodywork services from their workouts. Bodywork is performed in the back of the gym, where it is away from all the foot traffic. Services offered include Fitness Coaching, Thai bodywork, & Active stretching for recovery.
Staff Profile - Bailey's Private Massage Suite (THIS profile) is my secondary booking location, a short 3 blocks up from Project 360. Book this profile if you are seeking a private zen-like space for massage. Hours and services offered are more limited. This profile/space is reserved strictly for my clients seeking the private massage experience for Relaxation, Sports massage, Table Thai or Ashiatsu. *Note a separate address will be directly sent to you if you book a massage for the suite.

The Project 360 gym is my main area of work. As mentioned, I primarily train clients for functional strength, pain reduction, and offer Thai bodywork & Recovery stretches that support their fitness goals. Combining efficient, effective training with regular bodywork is the key to better health and longevity. Checkout my other staff profile for training opportunities and hours!

If my choice career doesn't speak it enough, I love learning how the body moves and heals itself. I have studied exercise physiology & strength training since 2012 and been practicing bodywork since 2018. Each year has been a journey to deeper understanding and discovery. The healing arts is my passion and fitness is my therapy that falls within the healing arts. It brings me great joy to share this knowledge and practices with clients, family, and friends.
