I have 30 years of experience in physical rehabilitation, including medical massage and various manual therapies.

When I had my own injury in 2001 it caused me to look for therapies that were truly effective in reducing pain. I took a 20 hour class with John F. Barnes, Myofascial Release I, in 2005. I was just expecting a continuing education class so I could renew my license, but it changed my pain and my life forever. At this time I have taken nearly all of the courses offered by Myofascial Release Seminars, some of them multiple times. I am listed as an Expert Myofascial Release Practitioner by John F. Barnes Myofascial Release.
