Philosophy

Whether you’re seeking relief from an injury, releasing built-up tension and stress, or simply taking time to pamper yourself, A Kneaded Massage is here for you. Massage therapy is a powerful and effective way to promote positive change in both body and mind, and our foundation is built on helping people feel and function at their very best.

Specialties

We believe a well-balanced massage blends the therapeutic benefits of pain relief with the soothing experience of relaxation.

Every session at A Kneaded Massage is tailored to you. We begin with a detailed intake before each visit to understand how you’re feeling that day and identify any trouble areas—such as sore muscles, tight neck, jaw tension, or other concerns—so we can focus where you need it most.

Our primary focus is pain management and targeted relief, whether in our relaxing office space or in the comfort of your own home.

In-Home Massage

Prefer to stay in? We bring the full spa experience to you—massage table, fresh linens, and calming music included. No traffic, no need to arrange childcare, no stress. Just the treatment you need, where you need it.

In-Office Sessions

If home isn’t the most relaxing setting for you, our private, thoughtfully designed space inside Anytime Fitness offers the perfect escape to unwind and recharge.

TMJ & Jaw Pain Relief

In addition to traditional massage techniques, we also offer intraoral massage for TMJ dysfunction—a specialized service ideal for jaw pain, clenching/grinding, headaches, and dentist-referred cases.
