I sweetly embrace life and use my experiences to fuel my journey to self actualization. I was born in the island of Jamaica. However, I am no longer the little girl that left Jamaica; but has grown into a self assured woman who was blessed to return to my island home and in doing so realized that leaving Jamaica never meant that Jamaica left me.

Identifying strongly with my Jamaican culture has been the key to unlocking the layered complexities and dimensions of myself. This journey has lead to the revealing of my passion for massage and the healing arts. A woman fit with the endurance of being a community healer and boss lady.

A lover of the arts, wellness, women's and youth empowerment, I use my passion to mentor, coach, guide and teach those with whom I come in contact. My love of writing and and the benefits of sharing deeply with others has drawn me to the opportunity to support the production of Listen to Your Mother. Along this journey I have continued to creatively support members of our organizations, members of our families and members of our Rochester community.

We often wade through and sometimes have sat too long with who we are not before getting to who we are. There we find our purpose and our true work. There we find our connection to the whole. I continue to stride forward, filled with a healthy dose of fear and a perpetual feeling of courage. A business owner and visionary, a team member, a mother, a wife, a teacher, and a lifelong student. Thank you for meeting me l at this point of my journey.
