We ask that all patients at this time shower before each appointment if possible to reduce cross contamination of Covid19. All patients must temperature test below 100 degrees day of appointment and cannot have presence of any symptoms or exposure to any persons with symptoms related to Covid19 within 14 days of treatment. Any persons who have tested positive to covid must have a negative test as well as a doctors release to resume or start massage treatment. All persons must don a face covering with no less than 2 layers, with no vent, while in the office including during treatment unless face is positioned in the face rest which is adequately draped for coverage during these times. Rese Anderson LMT: I have been an established rehabilitative bodyworker since 2006. I have currently completed an approximate 25,000 hours of body work in my career. I specialize in body mechanics, postural assessments, injury treatment, chronic pain and creating treatment plans to help get you feeling well and keep you there. My techniques are used intuitively based comprehensively on what I find and what you feel. I apply knowledge gained through advanced training over the years in body mechanics, Chinese medicine, fascia patterns, trigger point pain patterns, my personal experience in seeking improvement in my health as well as participating in extra curricular activities such as yoga, weight lifting and dance. I continuously strive to learn about anything that can help me feel better, be better and live better, enabling me to share this knowledge with my patients.

Many people comment on my rates and some have even wondered why my rates are lower than the average session in the surrounding areas. Currently, my practice at this location is part time, and my overhead for business remains relatively low which allows me to maintain a very reasonable rate. I believe massage is health care and I would like to make this as affordable as possible for everyone. So while my situation allows me to charge a lower rate, I will continue to do so. My ethics and effort are not swayed by my rates. I put an honest effort in helping all those who seek it.
