I believe in the I healing power of touch. Whether it be physical, spiritual or emotional healing you need, touch can play a significant role in your recovery. I love what I do and my mission statement is to give you the best massage you have ever had.

I offer Swedish Massage to sooth and relax your stress.

I also offer Deep Tissue to work out the pain in your stiff muscles.My clients all respond well to the results they get from my deep tissue work. I do not believe in causing pain. If you are wincing or doing deep breathing during the massage, you can't relax your muscles so they can begin the healing process.

To keep the massage relaxing but therapeutic I may move your arms or legs into a position that allows me another angle to your pain.

I can also offer assisted stretching if needed.

Ask about enhancements such as aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy and cupping.
