With all of the places to go and things to do that fill our hectic lives, we often forget to make the time to take care of ourselves. It may not be a week long vacation in the Bahamas but, massage can be an important part of our self care routine giving us a break from the busy lives we all lead.

Whether you are tired, sore or have chronic pain, I am the massage therapist for you! I am well versed in many modalities and I specialize in pain management and injury recovery. Whether treating trigger points or using deep tissue, I strive to accommodate a variety of clientele. Don't like deep tissue? Not a problem! There are other methods for releasing tension that don't have to hurt like cupping and stretching and if you are feeling fancy, we can throw in some aromatherapy too.
