It may not be a week long vacation in the Bahamas but, massage can be an important part of our self care routine giving us a break from the busy lives we all lead.

Whether you are tired, sore or have chronic pain, I am the massage therapist for you! I am well versed in many modalities and I specialize in pain management and injury recovery. Whether treating trigger points or using deep tissue, I strive to accommodate a variety of clientele. Don't like deep tissue? Not a problem! There are other methods for releasing tension that don't have to hurt like cupping and stretching and if you are feeling fancy, we can throw in some aromatherapy too.
