I have been a massage therapist for 16 years and have worked in several different settings. Most recently I have worked with a Chiropractor for the last 7 years. Although I am efficient in working on injuries and doing deep tissue, I also love to help people relax and work on relieving stress. Its all about figuring out the needs of each person and creating a perfectly balanced massage. It is my goal for every person to walk away feeling they had the best experience possible.

I am happily married and have one wonderful son and one playful pup. I enjoy going to sporting events, hanging with friends and family and Gardening. I also work on my own self care by getting massages and doing yoga.
