At Bloom, we will work together to develop a treatment focused on your needs whether it be pain relief, stability, mobility, or flexibility or if you just simply need to relax. My space is a reflection of the calming energy that I bring to our sessions and it is totally private should you need to bring your little ones. I work exclusively with women from all backgrounds, at all stages of life, including pregnancy and postpartum. I am deeply passionate about helping women feel more embodied and connected. The more time we give ourselves to turn inward, the more we are able to heal and create space for self-growth and self-love. My studio is located in a private studio behind my house where I offer private yoga and massage therapy. When you schedule a session, I will send you an email with details of how to get to Bloom.

After spending my young life being a massage therapist (without knowing it) and dancer, I went on to instruct dance to children for 10 years after attending college in Columbia, Missouri. I then moved to San Francisco and studied my 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga training with Anna Hughes, Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater, and 300 hours with Nubia Teixeira. After a move to Charlotte, I completed the 500 hour program at North Carolina School for Advanced Bodywork where I learned the clinical approach to massage therapy by my teacher, David Phillips.
