I am Dharmi Mehta. I am a dedicated and licensed massage therapist who graduated with honors from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL in 2015.

My academic journey and professional training have fueled my passion for the lymphatic system, inspiring me to specialize in post-operative recovery and chronic pain relief.

With a comprehensive understanding of the body's intricate systems, I am committed to helping my clients achieve optimal health and well-being. My approach is rooted in personalized care, combining advanced techniques with a deep sense of empathy and compassion. Whether aiding in post-surgery recovery or alleviating chronic pain, I strive to provide effective, holistic solutions that promote healing and restore balance.

My dedication to continuous learning ensures that I stay at the forefront of my field, incorporating the latest research and methodologies into my practice. By focusing on the unique needs of each client, I aim to enhance their quality of life through targeted, therapeutic interventions.

I believe "healing begins with positive energy, intention, and kindness, coupled with deep breathing and mind over matter. I like to educate my clients in becoming self-aware by teaching them necessary skills so they can also help themselves heal better."
